Project Manager required for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions with over 400 customers across the UK. This position will be based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City, and the successful candidate will work full time from their office.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to navigate within the company to obtain the necessary support and information to progress their role.
Project Manager Job Overview- Manage between 10-20 projects at different stages simultaneously, depending on size and workload.
- Handle the handover process from Sales to Projects, either in person or remotely, as required by the customer.
- Manage the handover to Support, either in person or remotely.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Partners, Implementation, Finance, Support, and Development teams.
- Take responsibility for projects from inception (sales) to live deployment, then hand over to Support.
- Produce a monthly Work In Progress (WIP) report by the 1st of each month.
- Must be a self-starter, capable of navigating within the company to get answers and support.
- Excellent communication skills; able to prepare for meetings, stay calm with customers and colleagues, and identify mutually beneficial solutions.
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 4:30 pm (3 pm finish on Fridays)
- Salary approximately GBP 60,000
