In this office-based role you will be given full autonomy and freedom to manage mechanical construction projects from cradle to grave. This will involve handling labour, sub-contractors, and overseeing the design team, along with visiting sites for tending and overseeing the full delivery of buildings within the commercial and industrial sector.
This specialist contractor handles commercial and industrial environmental control projects from cradle to grave, specialising in HVAC and heat pump solutions. With a current turnover of 10 million they are projecting 16 million by 2030 with this new role playing a crucial part in their plans.
This role would suit a Project Manager from a mechanical background within building services, looking to make their mark in a company that will invest heavily into them, allowing them to progress their career for the long-term and become a master of their craft.
The Role:
- Managing construction projects valuing from 100k to 4 million from cradle to grave
- Conducting surveys, tendering, handling sub-contractors and the design team
- Covering up to Birmingham and across to London
- Office based, working in a close-knit and collaborative team
- Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, finish 4pm Friday
