The Company

Our client is a fast-growing technology and infrastructure business delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes across the UK. Following continued investment and expansion, the business is embarking on a major multi-million-pound programme and is seeking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support Project Directors and senior operational stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle.

This is a highly visible role within a business undergoing significant change, where finance plays a central role in supporting programme delivery, commercial decision making, and financial control across a complex portfolio of projects.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will act as a key finance lead supporting Project Directors and transformation leaders across a major strategic programme. The role will focus heavily on project accounting, programme performance, financial analysis, and commercial business partnering, ensuring stakeholders have clear financial visibility across multiple workstreams and delivery activities.

Working closely with operational and project teams, you will provide robust financial support across budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting while helping drive accountability.
