Job Description:
ABOUT THE ROLE
With new projects being secured, this business is looking to recruit experienced Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Project Directors for schemes starting in Q4 of this year and Q1 of next.
Locations include:
- Poplar,
- White City,
- Paddington,
- Walsall,
- Reading,
- and others.
Whether working on a £10m or £50m+ package, the expectation remains the same: as the lead on your project, oversee programme, budget, develop client relationships, and organize, plan, and execute works on multi-million pound groundwork and RC frame packages.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management, with a strong history from site engineer to project management over 5-10+ years.
Experience in concrete frame construction, having worked for rival concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK, is essential. Candidates from solely main contract or development backgrounds cannot be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email functions, and Asta Power Project for planning is required.
We seek Project Managers with stable backgrounds, experience delivering medium to large RC frames, aiming to work for top-tier companies.
