The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations and leading a dedicated team covering: hand assembly, warehouse, packaging and despatch, your task will be to introduce structural and cultural change, change outmoded ways of thinking, drive continuous improvement, encourage open communication and lead a 25 strong team in the pursuit of operational excellence.
