Location: South East, UK Salary: c. £100,000 + Executive Package Are you an accomplished leader with a proven track record in operational excellence within the electronics or advanced manufacturing sector? Our client, a highly respected business in the electronics industry, is seeking an Operations Director to join their leadership team and drive continued success. The role: Reporting directly to the Board, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the company\’s operational strategy. You\’ll ensure world-class standards across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and engineering, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Leading all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance. Driving productivity improvements and embedding lean manufacturing principles. Developing and executing supply chain strategies to optimise cost, resilience and sustainability. Building, mentoring and motivating high-performing teams.The candidate: Significant senior leadership experience in operations, ideally as Operations Director, General Manager, or equivalent. Strong background in the electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or related sector. Demonstrable success in scaling operations and implementing continuous improvement programmes. Excellent strategic mindset with a hands-on approach when needed.
