The Company
We're working with a high-growth, PE-backed QSR group that's expanding rapidly across London and the South. With a strong brand, clear franchise model and an ambitious roll-out strategy, the business is scaling its estate through a growing network of franchise partners. Backed by significant investment, this is a brand with momentum, pace and a clear vision for sustainable growth.
The Role
This newly created Operations Consultant role has been designed to support a portfolio of franchise-led restaurants across London and the South. Acting as a trusted partner to franchisees, you'll help ensure consistent operational standards, strong commercial performance and outstanding guest experience across the estate.
You'll work closely with franchisees providing hands-on operational support, coaching and guidance from new store openings through to business-as-usual trading. With oversight of multi-site P&L performance, you'll identify opportunities to improve profitability, drive KPIs and embed best practice.
This is a highly visible role, ideal for a commercially minded QSR operator who enjoys influencing rather than directing, and who takes pride in helping others succeed. You'll play a key role in strengthening franchise relationships and supporting the continued growth of the brand.
The Person
You'll already be operating in a multi-site operations, area management or franchise support role within QSR and will understand the nuances of working within a franchise environment. Commercially astute and analytically strong, you'll be comfortable reviewing P&Ls, identifying trends and translating insight into action.
You'll be an excellent communicator and coach, able to build credibility quickly with franchise partners and influence without authority. A passion for food, service and standards is essential, as is the ambition to grow your own career alongside a fast-scaling, PE-backed business.
