The Role
This is a newly created, hands-on and commercially focused position owning the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across new product launches, seasonal promotions, Limited Time Offers (LTO) and wider brand-building activity. You will bring structure, insight and a big-brand mindset into a scaling environment, taking campaign concepts from strategy through to execution, working closely with the NPD Food Lead, operations, digital, creative and agency partners to land activity with impact. You will analyse performance, introduce clear processes, and ensure each campaign drives footfall, guest engagement and sales uplift.
