We are working in partnership with a high-growth, overseas manufacturer of category-leading products, with strong brand equity and ambitious expansion plans, to appoint a visionary Managing Director to lead their UK and European operations. Our client is a privately owned £250m, fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality Building Management Products & Systems, operating at the forefront of their category. With a reputation for product excellence, sustainability, and customer loyalty, they have invested heavily in product innovation and market development. Their brands are trusted by millions, sold online, stocked by major retailers and distributors, and sold directly to large professional end users and system integrators.
The Role
The Managing Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the business, leading all core functions including technical, commercial, marketing, finance, and supply chain. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational rigour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a bold, long-term growth strategy
