The Role
Offering extraordinary scope and potential, reporting to the Group Chief Executive leading an ambitious and high calibre senior executive team.
- Developing and implementing a business strategy that puts the customer at the forefront of everything they do.
- Developing and introducing new products.

The Person
- An experienced, customer focused Managing Director / General Manager from within the broad building products sector.
- Will have personal relationships with key national merchants, distributors, system integrators and large end-users.
- Will have demonstrable experience of developing successful new products and delivering industry leading levels of customer service.
- An excellent communicator and enthusiastic crusader for change, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
