Ref: 10488 The Company A privately held international investment organisation is seeking a recently qualified accountant to join its finance team in a broad and commercially focused role.

The business has a diverse portfolio of investments and operates across multiple entities and jurisdictions, requiring a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can support strong financial governance, statutory compliance and financial control activities.

The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will take responsibility for a range of financial accounting, statutory reporting and compliance activities across a group structure comprising multiple legal entities.

The role will involve managing the statutory reporting timetable and ensuring all filing requirements are completed accurately and on time.

You will prepare audit files for multiple legal entities and work closely with external accounting service providers to ensure the efficient delivery of finance-related activities.

The position will also support a broad range of taxation and compliance responsibilities including VAT, corporation tax, capital gains tax and other relevant obligations.

Alongside reporting activities, the role will be responsible for maintaining strong financial controls across the organisation.
