C.Neo Ltd is working with a local SME commercial maintenance & construction contractor to recruit an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee a prestigious GBP1 million grade 1 listed window replacement project within the MOD sector in Portsmouth, Hampshire .
The ideal Site Project Manager should be available to start in mid-August; however, there is an earlier July start for managing a different project in Yeovil for the same company.
As a Site Project Manager , you will need proven experience in leading similar-sized projects and ideally have a diverse range of construction project experience, as additional projects are expected to be procured.
In this client-facing role, you will be the main point of contact for the company and the client, requiring excellent communication skills.
