Manufacturing/Engineering – Immediate Availability Required c £100,000 pro rate, Bonus & Benefits Warwickshire The Role Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategy, and the production, consolidation and delivery of financial information at both individual site and Group level. This will include providing forecasts and meeting statutory requirements whilst overseeing the continued development of the company’s financial and strategic planning systems. The Person Professionally qualified and computer literate, you will have gained your experience within a fast moving, customer focused manufacturing/service environment, where you will have demonstrated the ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of the business, supporting senior leadership colleagues to deliver operational and commercial objectives. This is a challenging, high-profile role, combining the need for a practical, hands-on finance professional, prepared to tackle fundamental operational issues, with the intellect and credibility to develop long term business objectives and to operate at the highest level within an ambitious, multi-site international SME.
