We are currently working in partnership with a global professional services organisation who are seeking to appoint a highly capable Social and Digital Communications Lead. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, collaborative, and purpose-led communications function who are looking for an individual who can bring creativity, structure, and insight to its social and digital presence, supporting the delivery of consistent, positive, and engaging communications across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.

This is a key role within the global communications team, responsible for the development and management of social and digital channels, campaigns and content, with a clear focus on supporting the organisation's reputation management agenda. Working closely with internal colleagues, agencies and stakeholders across multiple markets, you will create, curate and manage content across websites, social media platforms and other digital channels.

The role will involve managing social media campaigns from inception through to delivery and review, including paid activity where appropriate. You will own content calendars, draft and publish engaging content, support website development and produce regular performance reports tracking the impact of social, digital and media activity on engagement.
