As a leader in the Finance group, you will work closely with the MD to provide financial expertise and value creation, whilst ensuring legal compliance, and managing risks to the business. The Finance Manager will also directly contribute to the on-going upwards trajectory of a high growth privately owned SME. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis for contract negotiation and investment opportunities, maintaining standard costing, and ensuring best practices across the business.
As a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), you have proven experience of leading accounting and finance teams within a manufacturing/engineering environment. You possess experience of contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and lean management within an SME environment, as well as advising businesses on the best path for value creation.
