Lord Search & Selection is recruiting a Senior Operations lead in Eastleigh to oversee manufacturing supply chain, purchasing, logistics, quality assurance and supplier relationships.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive cost efficiency, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, manage a small operations and assembly team, and develop ERP/MRP driven processes for end-to-end delivery of products to private and public sector clients.
