Our client is at an exciting stage where they are looking to grow the business and the team.

They have big ambitions and are growing from an R&D led consumer products start-up to a developing manufacturing and assembly business working with range of consumer private and public sector clients.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the company's manufacturing and supply chain activities, responsible for managing a small operations and assembly team and personally lead purchasing, logistics, quality assurance, supplier relationships, and compliance standards to ensure efficient operations, cost management, and high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing or related industries.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of development of ERP/MRP systems and processes
  • Forklift license would be advantageous but not essential
