They have big ambitions and are growing from an R&D led consumer products start-up to a developing manufacturing and assembly business working with range of consumer private and public sector clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the company's manufacturing and supply chain activities, responsible for managing a small operations and assembly team and personally lead purchasing, logistics, quality assurance, supplier relationships, and compliance standards to ensure efficient operations, cost management, and high-quality product delivery.
