A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Document Control Manager to join a key infrastructure project at Hinkley Point C, one of the UK\'s largest and most ambitious nuclear developments.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Document Control and Records Configuration Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of project requirements through effective project information management. You will ensure all project documentation is maintained with full traceability and control throughout the project lifecycle and the operational life of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the electronic document management system (EDMS) and ensure automation of document controls
Maintain full traceability and control of project records, including LTQR (Long-Term Quality Records)
Apply metadata schemas and maintain high standards of document accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with project teams to support document control requirements and audits
Ensure document control processes meet project and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years\' experience working with EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records
Excellent IT skills with strong experience in electronic document management systems and metadata application
Previous experience working on major infrastructure or nuclear projects is highly desirable
