We are looking to appoint a dynamic and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to manage and develop the North East and Scotland territory. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected automation brand with a strong product portfolio spanning sensors, networking, IO-Link, RFID, machine vision, safety, and industrial connectivity solutions.
The Role
- Reporting to the Country Manager you will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across a broad range of industrial sectors including OEMs, systems integrators, and end users.
- Managing and growing an established sales territory across the North East and Scotland.
- Developing relationships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and end-user customers.
- Identifying new project opportunities and driving specification sales activity.
- Providing technical and commercial support across our client's automation portfolio.
- Working closely with internal technical specialists and support teams.
- Delivering against agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
- Maintaining strong market awareness and competitor knowledge.
