Technical Operations Manager required for an award-winning, growing business in the Doncaster area. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Operations Manager to lead the technical operations teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of technology and operations, driving efficiency and innovation within the organisation.
You will be responsible for managing small teams of office-based and field-based staff including engineers, software developers, and the technical support team (circa 6 direct reports with a further 6 indirect reports). You will be overseeing projects of varying size across the UK, with projects often focused on the installation of software and hardware to commercial clients.
We are seeking an experienced leader with a technical background and strong commercial experience to support the continued growth of the business and drive progression across all teams and processes.
- Salary: GBP50,000-GBP60,000 (Negotiable)
- Location: Mostly office-based in Doncaster with some travel
