Work Schedule: Two days a week in the office (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- JIRA and Confluence Management: Proficiently manage JIRA queries, JIRA, and Confluence. Create and manage dashboards in JIRA. Preferably experienced with JIRA Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple teams and priorities. Handle general project management tasks, including risk and issue management. Provide timelines and prioritisation for the platform team.
- Team and Dependency Management: Manage dependencies across multiple teams (sports, betting, games, and native teams). Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Platform and DevOps Understanding: Background in platform and DevOps environments. Experience in managing growth dependencies between teams.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in JIRA/Confluence Cloud management.
- Strong understanding of platform and DevOps environments.
- Efficient project management skills, including managing multiple teams and priorities.
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing dependencies across multiple teams.
- Project management experience within platform and tech ops.
- Experience working with DevOps is beneficial but not mandatory.
Team Context:
- Immediate team: Platform team (mix of platform engineers). Manage 3-4 key projects and BAU (Business As Usual) tasks to keep the platform running. Collaborate with other Project Managers for any questions or issues.
Additional Information:
- Candidates travelling more than 1.5 hours are not preferred due to past experiences with long-term retention.
