Freelance M&E Project Manager – Manchester Based – 500/day

We\’re recruiting M&E Project Managers to deliver a series of Mechanical & Electrical projects across Manchester and the wider region. Projects are technically engaging and require a strong site presence.

You\’ll be expected on-site 3 to 4 days per week, overseeing subcontractors and ensuring smooth delivery in line with programme and budget.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven technical background in M&E or Building Services
  • Experience managing M&E projects on occupied sites
  • Knowledge of working with FM companies or within an FM-led environment is advantageous
  • Ideally based near Manchester or the North West
