Project Manager – High-End Joinery
Location: Sittingbourne
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join a leading firm specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke high-end joinery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial client meetings and securing new business, through to overseeing the design, manufacturing, and installation phases, ensuring the successful completion of high-end residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead projects from initial client meetings, understanding their needs, and securing projects.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, designers, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow throughout the project.
- Lead the design and manufacturing process, ensuring all technical requirements and client expectations are met.
- Provide regular project updates to clients, managing expectations and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the high end joinery sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
