With a strong international presence and continued investment in its UK operations, the group has created this role to join their operations team. The Role This newly created position offers the chance to play a hands-on role in supporting franchisees with the launch and smooth running of new sites across the UK. As Operations Executive, you\’ll work closely with restaurant managers and franchise partners to make sure openings go to plan and that each site is set up to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment and training for new teams, embedding brand standards, ensuring compliance, and helping managers and franchise operators tackle day-to-day operational challenges. You\’ll be out in the field providing practical guidance, sharing best practice, and ensuring sites deliver both strong service and solid commercial performance. This is a varied role with plenty of travel across the UK, offering real exposure to the operational side of a fast-growing hospitality group. The Person We\’re looking for someone with hospitality operations experience in a multi-site or QSR environment, who has also had exposure to working with franchise models. You\’ll bring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for food and service.
