This leading manufacturing and engineering business is a well-established and highly profitable division of a global organisation that has built its success through both organic sales growth and acquisition. They are seeking to augment their Manufacturing team with the addition of an experienced Quality Engineer to help develop systems, process and overall quality of their world leading product.

Are you a dynamic Quality Engineering professional with a background in manufacturing and engineering? This leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead their quality function across all aspects of their busy and growing manufacturing and assembly facility based in Birmingham. The role will involve hands-on quality engineering across the site, supporting both production and process quality within their machining, finishing and assembly areas as well as supporting the development of their internal ISO9001 quality system. This is a rounded and dynamic role where drive, autonomy and independent thought are critical.

As an experienced and proven Quality Engineer, you will have a strong understanding of the ISO9001 quality standards and process and will have experience of the development and roll out of this system in a manufacturing and engineering-based environment. Any knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding and assembly processes will also be highly advantageous in this fast-paced environment. Any prior experience in Quality System development and Auditing would also be a strong asset in this rounded and dynamic role.
