An established specialist within the Passive Fire Protection sector is looking to appoint a Head of Sales to take ownership of the commercial strategy and drive the next stage of growth. This is a senior sales leadership position with a broad remit across business development, strategic account management, major projects, tenders and commercial planning.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the Senior Sales Team, working closely with the Head of Passive Fire Protection and wider leadership team to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships and increase market share and profitability.

The opportunity: As Head of Sales you will be responsible for developing and implementing a clear commercial strategy for the Passive Fire Protection sector, translating market opportunities into tangible sales growth. This will include:

  • Taking ownership of sales plans, budgets, forecasts and commercial targets
  • Leading negotiations on significant projects and commercial opportunities
