We are partnering with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business that is seeking a Fractional Operations Director to help drive operational excellence, improve business performance and support its next phase of growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Operations Director, Manufacturing Director, Plant Director or General Manager who enjoys helping ambitious businesses achieve their full potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving manufacturing and operational performance
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhancing production planning and delivery performance
- Supporting supply chain optimisation
- Coaching and developing operational leadership teams
- Providing strategic input to support future growth
What We're Looking For
- Significant manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven success improving operational performance
- Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement expertise
- Strong commercial and strategic capability
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience within engineering, industrial manufacturing, OEM or technical product environments
