The Role
Due to ever increasing demand in the UK and Ireland region, this dynamic business is now seeking to appoint an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead and develop this high growth geography and to drive the P&L growth required for the region.

The role requires a strategic approach to driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing customer relationships and will oversee all aspects of the sales function, including team leadership, performance management, and operational efficiency. The Sales Director will maintain a strong focus on business development and market positioning within the UK and Ireland and help to develop the various revenue streams across the territory.

The Person
As an experienced and proven Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director, the ideal individual will have a strong market sector knowledge in the food / meat processing industry here in the UK and Europe. A knowledge of automation or advanced process in this field would be highly advantageous as well as a proven ability to open new doors while nurturing and developing key customer relationships.

You will be a driver of revenue growth and be hungry to deliver both new business and increased margin on existing product while delivering a quality and solutions driven sell to the market. This will be a hybrid based role with travel across the UK & Ireland with occasional travel to Europe where required.
