This is an exciting opportunity to join an established boutique advisory firm with a strong reputation in the mid-market advising owner-managed businesses and private equity clients across a range of sectors. The Manager will gain broad exposure across the deal lifecycle, including leading and supporting transactions, financial modelling, and valuation analysis, liaising with clients and investors, supporting origination through market research and pitch development, as well as mentoring junior team members while contributing to overall project delivery.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA with at least 2 years of corporate finance experience, you are a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, who is seeking opportunities to continue to grow in the M&A space. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you have successfully completed multiple transactions from origination to execution and possess strong leadership skills.
