Interim CFO

Our client is Private Equity backed professional services firm with ambitious growth targets that has already attracted a number of sector experienced leaders to help support and drive the profitability and expansion plans.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a “hands on” Interim CFO to work with an ambitious Private Equity backed business supporting the CEO in the strategic shaping of the organisation whilst maintaining and improving an effective and fully responsive finance function. With the responsibility for managing a small finance team and overall control of the company’s accounting function and financial systems you will also work with an experienced SMT to deliver on specific projects for the firm evaluating the financial impact of new business ventures.

The Person

With extensive experience of working alongside private business owners, you will be a qualified accountant, with a background preferably in professional services. As a dedicated, goal oriented and results driven individual you will have an understanding of the challenges and requirements of a growing business and a ‘hands on’ and innovative approach to problem solving and new opportunities. You will also be a strategic thinker and influencer, with the ability to produce high quality management information to support the growth strategies.
