You will take ownership of the group's financial control environment, overseeing consolidated reporting across multiple entities and playing a key role in M&A activity, from due diligence through to integration.In addition, you will lead and develop the finance team, setting high standards, driving best practice and ensuring the function supports the rapid pace of growth. This is not a static reporting role, you will be hands-on in building a first-class finance function while also acting as a true business partner to senior stakeholders and contributing towards the growth plans of the group.The role will suit an ambitious individual who is eager to step into a fast-paced, commercially minded finance function where you will be given real autonomy and influence.
