With an ambitious acquisition strategy already underway and clear plans for further international expansion, the business is entering a highly exciting phase of its journey. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-evolving organisation where finance plays a central role in shaping strategy, performance and future growth.

The Role

Working closely with the CFO and Group Financial Controller, this is a high-profile, newly created Finance Business Partner role with genuine influence across the group. You will work closely with sales, operations and commercial leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering best-in-class financial insight to support decision making at every level. You will lead FP&A activity across the business, owning budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and business planning, while providing forward-looking analysis to support continued growth. Commercial modelling and investment appraisal will form a key part of the role, particularly in the context of acquisitions and strategic initiatives. This is a genuinely commercial role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving value through data-led insight.

The Candidate

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with strong experience in FP&A and commercial business partnering. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and confident working with senior non-finance stakeholders across the organisation. Naturally inquisitive and commercially astute, you will bring strong financial modelling capability and a proven ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight. This role will suit someone who wants visibility, influence and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in shaping the future of a growing, PE-backed group.

How to Apply

If you are looking for a true commercial finance role where your voice will be heard and your impact felt, please submit a fully detailed Word-formatted CV online, including your current remuneration package, quoting reference 10186.
