This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing M&A advisory firm and contribute towards their continued success. The Director will play a key role in shaping and executing the team's strategic activities. This role will oversee end-to-end deal management from origination to execution, develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and provide leadership to the internal team.

As an ACA/ACCA qualified Senior Manager/Associate Director with extensive experience of advising on all aspects of M&A deals, you will possess a strong understanding of transactions, ideally in mid-market across a variety of sectors. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will also have experience of managing teams.

We are representing a partner-led M&A advisor that supports the investment in, and sale and acquisition of, SMEs across the UK and internationally. They are looking for an Associate Director to join their team to ensure continued growth and success for the future.
