Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic regional corporate finance firm specialising in mid-market transactions across a broad range of sectors. The Associate, Corporate Finance will work closely with the Partners and gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle including supporting buy and sell side mandates, conducting financial analysis and valuation modelling, preparing client documentation and presentations, and contributing to business development and origination activities.

As a qualified ACA with experience at a “Big 4” audit/accounting practice, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, who is seeking a long-term career in corporate finance. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will also ideally have exposure to deals, M&A and/or transaction advisory.
