Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and clerical duties (filing, data entry, scanning, document management)
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance and health & safety documentation
- Assisting with payroll and accounts administration
- Supporting senior management with ad-hoc tasks and project support
- Data entry and maintenance of cost records
- Processing timesheets accurately and on time
- Preparing, organizing, and archiving project documents
- Supporting KPI tracking and reporting
- General administrative support to site management teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
- Familiarity with the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel to different project sites as required
- Need to have own transport as some sites are in remote locations with no public transport
