Lorclon Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator / Document Controller to support our dynamic project teams. This hybrid role requires travel between project sites as needed, providing essential administrative and document control support across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and clerical duties (filing, data entry, scanning, document management)
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance and health & safety documentation
Assisting with payroll and accounts administration
Supporting senior management with ad-hoc tasks and project support
Data entry and maintenance of cost records
Processing timesheets accurately and on time
Preparing, organizing, and archiving project documents
Supporting KPI tracking and reportingGeneral administrative support to site management teams
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role preferred but not essential
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload efficiently
Familiarity with the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
A flexible approach and willingness to travel to different project sites as required
Need to have own transport as some sites are in remote locations with no public transport
