The Role: As an Intermediate QS at Lorclon, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of our projects — from cost planning to final accounts — while gaining hands-on experience with NEC contracts and civil engineering works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts
- Supporting tendering, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimating, and cash flow forecasting
- Undertake measurement and valuation of work in progress, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Preparing and valuing variations, claims, and change control
- Undertaking regular site visits and liaising with engineers and site teams
