Loquet London is a modern fine jewellery concept based in London, specializing in personalized locket design. Each Loquet is designed to tell a unique story, personalized with handmade charms and birthstones. Every piece is a bespoke gift, a precious memento, and a love letter coded in charms.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial and Brand Manager located in Ladbroke Grove. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the brand's overall commercial strategy, lead the operational, production and day-to-day running of Loquet London in partnership with the founder and owner.

Drive commercial initiatives across direct, retail, online and social channels for MoM and YoY growth.

Lead small team of retail, direct sale, ecommerce, performance marketing, inventory and operations. Set KPI’s, support where needed, ensure SOPs are being followed, encourage improvement and growth. Ensure small team continues to work cohesively. (Approx 4-5 direct reports)

Merchandising – Ensure that stock is meticulously managed, orders of out-of-stock skus are placed and on track for timely delivery and corresponding paperwork is filed. Update a wider team on production updates and manage manufacturers on quality, timing, costings and any changes.

Paid social and search – lead relationship with external partner, drive KPIs, ensure internal teams are aligned with priorities for each paid channel

Manage Wholesale – Own the wholesale process start to finish – be the main point of contact, or work alongside wholesale agency partners, to ensure the account management of wholesale partners is kept up to date. Maintain relations, respond to emails, raise PO’s, invoices, delivery notes, stock transfers, ensure payments are chased and received, and any follow up questions or points are resolved. Prepare shipments and support in clearing any shipments that may be stuck in customs – this includes tasks such as creating invoices, labels, import / export documents and tracking numbers.

Plan and organize trade shows or selling events. These can be outside the UK. Arrange invitation list, prepare and send invitations, follow up, organize schedules, and ensure all necessary paperwork, product, samples etc are prepared for each appointment during sale.

Quality Check products – ensure that products received pass quality checking. Return items that are not correct or need reworking. Work with Inventory Manager to track quality checking, returning, and receiving of stock. Be point of contact for QC of products in customer after care. Work with Senior Customer Service Manager to ensure recurring issues are prevented in future orders.

Retail – support in the VM, training, reporting and all possible aspects of trade in our Elizabeth Street store. This may include the odd day selling on the shop floor if there is sickness or emergency.
