Our Shopify website is central to our brand experience, and we’re seeking a skilled Senior Ecommerce Manager to join us on a maternity cover basis.

The Role :

Loquet London is a luxury jewellery brand specialising in bespoke lockets and charms. With a focus on storytelling, connection, and fine craftsmanship, we pride ourselves on creating timeless pieces that hold cherished memories. Our Shopify website is central to our brand experience, and we’re seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Shopify Website Management & Development Roadmap

· Oversee the day-to-day management of our Shopify website to ensure optimal performance and a seamless customer experience.

· Support the development roadmap in collaboration with our external development agency, prioritising updates and testing new features. Experience with project management tools such as Notion or Jira is highly valued.

· Identify opportunities to improve UX, conversion rates, and the overall customer journey.

· Ensure website content aligns with brand tone and guidelines.

Product Launches & Merchandising

· Co-ordinate all product launches, ensuring flawless execution across the website, including product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and merchandising (use of Cin7 or other inventory management system, as well as Global-e backend is a plus).

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales and stock management) to align launches with overall business objectives.

· Creation and maintenance of launch packs for new collections, ensuring all relevant information is clearly communicated.

· Analyse product performance and provide insights.

SEO Strategy & Execution:

· Work closely with our external SEO agency to implement best practices and strategies that drive organic traffic and improve rankings.

· Ensure all new launches and campaigns are SEO-optimised, including meta tags, product descriptions, and content pages.

· Support CRM and email marketing campaigns, working with Klaviyo.

Reporting & Data Analysis:

· Track website performance metrics and create weekly and monthly reports.

· Monitor website data to ensure informed decision-making.

· Assist with promotional and marketing campaign analysis.

Communication & Collaboration:

· Work closely with the Commercial Director and other internal teams to ensure ecommerce operations align with broader business goals.

· Maintain communication with external partners, including development and marketing agencies.

About You :

· Experience in ecommerce, ideally within luxury retail.

· Familiarity with Shopify and an understanding of website functionality.

· Some knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing.

· Interest in product merchandising and optimising product pages for conversion.

· Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is a plus.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.

· Excellent organisational and communication skills.
