We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation & Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and brand visibility. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with sales and product teams to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social, webinars, events) to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Manage marketing automation workflows, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing using platforms.
- Create and manage marketing content (blogs, landing pages, email templates, social posts) ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices.
- Own and grow the company’s social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, through content creation, engagement, and audience growth strategies.
- Coordinate and support marketing initiatives such as events and product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals and enhance customer engagement.
