We are seeking a skilled Software Platform Business Analyst (BA) focusing on commodities trading and risk management . Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders. Translate needs into functional requirements and user stories. Create associated user flows, wireframes, prototypes and “before and after” visuals. Ensure UX recommendations align with business objectives, functional requirements and overall platform direction. Facilitate regular online team/stakeholder workshops and refinement sessions to ensure features and changes are well communicated and understood. Liaise with the project manager, the development team and QA to ensure that the right things are getting built and tested. Create user facing documentation, guides and customer friendly release notes to reflect system changes. Collaboration: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Support project management, requirement capture from clients, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation communication. Required Skills: Experience as a Business Analyst in software projects. Hands on with UX/wireframing software, design principles and associated tools. Proficiency in documentation tools and agile methodologies. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Beneficial: Familiarity with financial systems, commodities trading and risk management (CTRM). Knowledge of front-end/back-end development technologies and version control systems.
