That’s why we exist: to build better borrowers and help people achieve a happier, healthier relationship with money. Nearly two million people have already used Loqbox to improve their credit score, build savings, and make progress toward financial goals. To keep growing, we need to be findable, trustworthy and genuinely useful wherever people search. That’s where you come in.

About the role

Search is changing fast. Algorithms evolve. Platforms multiply. Expectations rise. Your job? Own and scale Loqbox’s visibility and authority — turning search and discovery into a significant driver of organic member growth. We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded SEO & Website leader to own our website and organic acquisition performance end-to-end. You’ll blend deep technical expertise with content, CRO and brand thinking, building strategies that don’t just follow best practice, but define what’s next. This role is about impact. You’ll fight for SEO excellence, champion its value across the business, and turn insight into sustained, high-quality growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own website, Webflow CMS, SEO and AEO performance end-to-end, driving and reporting on organic member acquisition and contributing to long-term business growth.
  • Act as the business owner of Webflow, ensuring the site is scalable, performant, well-governed and optimised for growth, experimentation and speed.
  • Develop and lead Loqbox’s AEO strategy, defining success metrics, measuring impact and evolving our approach as search behaviour changes.
  • Build and deliver advanced SEO strategies across technical, content, offsite, GEO and AEO - balancing best practice with experimentation.
  • Lead keyword research, on-page optimisation and site architecture to improve visibility, relevance and authority.
  • Track, analyse and report on SEO and website performance, competitive landscape, risks and opportunities.
  • Own and report on technical SEO and site health, including audits, CWV, crawlability, indexing and performance improvements.
  • Partner with Insights, Creative and Product teams to create and optimise high-performing, search-led experiences.
  • Lead outreach and authority-building, working with our PR and Paid media agencies alongside our Marketing Ops Lead to strengthen domain authority.
  • Be the internal champion for Loqbox.com as a core growth channel — educating, influencing and raising standards through learning sessions and collaboration.
  • Lead innovative SEO initiatives, experimenting with emerging trends, tools and alternative search platforms (YouTube, TikTok and beyond).
  • Line manage and develop a Digital Marketing Executive, creating space for ownership, growth and progression.

About you

  • 8+ years’ experience in SEO and website roles, including people management.
  • Significant experience in fast-paced consumer technology, app or ecommerce environments where brand matters.
  • Experience with Webflow and the ability to manage and use tools like GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4.
  • Advanced technical website and SEO knowledge with a proven track record of building high-impact strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content, technical and offsite SEO, plus AEO, GEO, EEAT, HCU and CWV.
  • Commercially sharp — you understand the role of the website in driving business outcomes and fight for its integrity.
  • Strong ability to brief and evaluate website content through both an editorial and SEO lens.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Confident collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally across marketing, product and data.
  • A proactive self-starter who moves fast, thinks critically and solves problems decisively.
  • Passionate about building a strong team culture — when we collaborate, we win.

Good. You might be who we’re after. If you love owning your craft, shaping AEO strategies, and turning search into a serious growth engine — we’d love to hear from you.
