What You’ll Do:
As a Partnerships Development Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing high-impact partnerships that drive Loqbox\’s growth. You will use your deep industry network and expertise to unlock and secure new opportunities, working with potential partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
You’ll lead efforts to establish strategic relationships across financial services, fintech, and other high-growth industries in the UK, leveraging your knowledge of the market to build scalable and commercially valuable partnerships. Internally, you’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to prepare the new partnerships for launch, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.
You Will:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business partnerships that drive member growth and revenue.
- Develop compelling partnership propositions that align with both Loqbox’s mission and partners\’ business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across financial services, fintech, and other relevant industries in the UK.
- Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring strong, mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with Partner Management Team and Partnership Marketing Manager, product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure we can execute on partnerships smoothly and effectively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine and expand Loqbox’s partnership strategy.
- Represent Loqbox at industry events including networking and awards
Who You Are:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a high-growth business.
- A strong industry network in the UK, with proven experience securing and scaling growth partnerships.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex deals that drive member growth.
- Understanding of API-based integrations.
Skills & Competencies:
- You are a natural relationship-builder, skilled at developing trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to identify and execute strategic growth opportunities.
- A confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable influencing at all levels.
- Highly analytical, using data to inform decision-making and measure success.
