Partnerships are central to how Loqbox grows. As Head of Partnerships, you'll own the full partnership function: building strategy and coordinating the new business pipeline, overseeing partner integrations, driving commercial performance across live partnerships and developing brand relationships that extend Loqbox's reach. You'll lead and grow a team, and operate as a senior voice on how Loqbox goes to market. Reporting into the CMO, this is a role with real strategic influence and clear commercial accountability.

- You know how to build a pipeline, structure a deal and manage a partner relationship through its full lifecycle.
- You balance short-term commercial performance with longer-term strategic value, and know when to prioritise which.
- Experienced leading partnerships functions across new business, commercial and brand within financial services or fintech.
- Comfortable overseeing product integrations and working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure partnerships are built to scale.
- Familiar with the FCA regulatory landscape and what good customer outcomes mean in practice.

- Lead the new partner pipeline, identifying, prioritising and securing commercially valuable partnerships across financial services, fintech and adjacent sectors.
- Build and manage brand partnerships that extend Loqbox's reach and reinforce its mission.
- Commercial performance
- Hold overall accountability for partnership revenue, margin and growth across the full portfolio.
- Oversee commercial performance of live partnerships, working with your team to drive optimisation and ROI.
- Set clear performance frameworks across the team, using data and insight to drive decisions.
- Product & integration
- Oversee partner product integrations end-to-end, working with product and engineering to ensure launches are seamless and partnerships are built to scale.
- Act as the senior point of contact for strategic partners on product and proposition matters.
