The opportunity Strategic Partnerships Lead is a high impact commercial role with real ownership, as strategic partnerships drive the majority of new Loqbox member acquisition. You'll own the commercial performance of Loqbox's active partner portfolio, from launch through to optimisation, driving member growth, revenue and margin across live partnerships. It's a role that combines commercial depth, senior relationship skills and sharp execution, and one that will shape how Loqbox goes to market as we scale.

Who you are

  • You measure success in CAC and LTV and understand revenue drivers.
  • Proven at translating data and insight into clear commercial strategy and action, not just reporting.
  • Experienced in structuring and negotiating deals that work for both sides.
  • You have 7+ years experience in building and managing strategic partnerships within financial services, comparison sites, or a related high-growth sector.
  • Familiar with the FCA regulatory landscape and what good customer outcomes mean in practice.
  • Comfortable with data and commercial reporting.
  • Able to work closely with a data team to maintain and evolve reporting infrastructure, interrogate performance at a granular level, and ensure commercial decisions are grounded in reliable, well-understood data.

This role requires you to be commercially sharp externally and operationally credible internally.

What you'll do

  • Own partnership revenue, margin and growth targets, with personal accountability for commercial performance across your portfolio.
  • Lead channel strategy using data and insight to identify opportunities, close performance gaps and maximise ROI across active partnerships.
  • Build and execute a clear partner roadmap, sequencing the right opportunities aligned to Loqbox's wider growth strategy.
  • Develop and manage senior relationships across your partner base, delivering joint commercial plans and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
  • Own the commercial inputs to the reporting function, maintaining rate accuracy, onboarding new partners into existing infrastructure, and working with the data team to ensure performance visibility keeps pace with a growing portfolio.

Beyond the commercial core

  • Manage and develop the team, starting with a Partnerships Manager.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion, proposition quality and market competitiveness.
  • Work closely with marketing, product and legal to take partnerships from term sheet to live, ensuring every launch is seamless.
  • Report on channel performance and contribute to Loqbox's wider commercial strategy as a senior voice on go-to-market.
