We're looking for a data‑driven, collaborative Supply Ops Manager to join our Supply Operations team in London. You'll work closely with Account Management, Business Development, Product, Demand and Data Science teams to optimise supply performance, identify new revenue opportunities and deliver the best results for our publisher partners. Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimise SDK supply and drive global publisher growth
- Generating reports, evaluating performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth
- Conducting tests, monitoring results and translating findings into actionable insights
- Developing and analysing revenue deals and incentive structures to drive alignment with company revenue targets
- Collaborating with Account Managers and Sales to develop and implement targeted optimisation plans
- Monitoring performance, revenue and pricing trends to ensure supply health
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally at an ad network, DSP, SSP or mobile/online gaming company
- Strong SQL skills for querying data, building reports and analysing performance
- Experience with monetisation strategies, inventory optimisation or campaign management
- The ability to synthesise data into meaningful insights and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Familiarity with adtech, campaign operations, tracking and measurement
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in performance analysis, reporting or revenue forecasting
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Kibana is a plus
