We're looking for a Head of Global Account Management, Supply to join our growing global Marketplace team. Working on our Supply-side, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers across the US, London and China, driving publisher revenue growth and ensuring the highest standards of client relationship management globally. You'll combine strong people leadership with a commercial mindset, maintaining key publisher partnerships while building the processes and culture that enable the team to scale.
As our Head of Global Account Management, Supply, you will be…
- Leading and managing a global team of Account Managers across the US, London and China, holding regular team meetings and supporting individual development
- Setting and managing the team against revenue goals, building clear processes and accountability frameworks to drive consistent performance
- Maintaining and fostering key publisher relationships globally, serving as a senior point of escalation and trust for our most strategic accounts
- Identifying opportunities for client growth across the portfolio, always seeking ways to help publishers achieve their goals through cross-sell and upsell
- Presenting confidently to senior leadership and to clients, communicating team performance, strategy and market insights clearly
- Travelling to industry events globally to represent LoopMe and evangelise our products in market
- Liaising cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, Product and Demand teams to support direct publisher growth and resolve complex client challenges
You'll have:
- Proven experience in a senior account management or operations role, ideally gained within an adtech business — SSP, ad network or programmatic role at a publisher or client
- Experience managing and developing account management teams, with a track record of leading people to hit commercial targets
- Strong knowledge of the supply-side adtech landscape including SSPs, SDKs and programmatic partnerships
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- The confidence to present to and influence senior leadership and key client stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously, think strategically and drive a high-performance team culture
- A track record of growing accounts and relationships while managing to revenue numbers
