What we need
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO and CTO. This is a pivotal role within the business, ensuring both leaders can operate at maximum effectiveness. You will be at the heart of strategic coordination, managing schedules, communication flow and key executive operations, as well as owning SLT and Management offsites.
You will be trusted with sensitive information and working closely with the wider senior leadership team, means you play a central role in enabling high-impact decision-making across the company.
As our Executive Assistant, you will be…
- Managing complex, ever-changing calendars for the CEO and CTO, ensuring seamless scheduling, prioritisation, and time optimisation
- Overseeing inbox triage and email management; proactively flagging important items and actioning others where appropriate
- Preparing briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-ups to ensure both executives are prepared for internal and external meetings
- Organising all logistics for internal and external meetings, including board meetings, SLT offsites and cross-functional management offsites
- Coordinating international travel arrangements, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Ensuring prep materials, decks, and documents are shared in advance, and assist with presentations where needed for board and investor meetings
- Collating agendas, speakers, leadership Q&A, Hero awards for the Global Town Hall and monthly All Hands
You will have
- Proven experience as an EA or PA supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment (ideally tech or startup)
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills. You thrive on keeping others structured and ahead of deadlines
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and highly competent with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project/task management platforms. If you have any experience with the automation of processes or AI tools, this is a bonus!
- Experience coordinating multi-day offsites and executive events
