By putting consumers at the heart of every campaign, the world's leading brands, agencies, media publishers and programmatic platforms rely on us to reach their goals effectively and more efficiently. What we need

We're looking for an Account Manager, SSP Partnerships to join our growing global Marketplace team. Working across our Supply and Demand SSP partner portfolio, you will be responsible for owning client relationships end-to-end — from day-to-day communication and account management through to revenue growth and strategic partner development. You'll work closely with the Head of Demand Growth and VP of SSP Partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product and data science teams to drive mutual success for LoopMe and its partners.

As our Account Manager, SSP Partnerships, you will be…

  • Managing our Supply and Demand SSP partner portfolio; owning all client communication, account upkeep, reporting and year-on-year revenue targets
  • Identifying opportunities for client growth, always seeking ways to help partners achieve their quarterly targets
  • Working closely with the Head of Demand Growth and VP of SSP Partnerships to maintain client relationships and scale revenue through tactical partner management
  • Confidently presenting and collating data for QBR sessions with key partners
  • Collaborating with our technical operations team across the UK, Poland and Ukraine to manage accounts and resolve partner queries
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across Data Science, Product and Finance to drive customer business needs and joint commercial success
  • Tracking spend patterns by DSP, buyer and advertiser to highlight variations and surface new opportunities

You’ll have

  • Up to 5+ years of experience in digital media, ideally with exposure to programmatic advertising and the SSP landscape
  • A solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs and how demand and supply interact
  • A proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, with experience growing accounts and hitting revenue targets
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp analytical eye for detail — these are the two qualities we value most in this role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders and key partners
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple accounts simultaneously and think commercially

What we can offer

  • Bonus Hybrid working; meaning you'll spend 3 days a week in our Farringdon office
  • 25 days annual leave, plus the Bank Holidays
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Annual Wellness Day
  • Health Shield; a cash-back health plan for things like dental, optical, physio and wellbeing
  • Access to Thrive; accessible mental health support all in one app
  • LoopMe Gives Back Day
  • We'll set you up for success, providing training and career development
